Sinto Shalco Systems Model EVF-08R 5 Cu Ft High Energy Tumbling System Make: Sinto Shalco Systems Model: EVF-08R Serial: 1152-1 Hours: 22,909 Auto Dumping & Separation Shaker Table W Screen Auto Stone 1 Part Fill Hopper Water/Compound Fill 3 Pumps Rinse & Drain Controls Omron H3CA Timer 0-130 Rpm 460 Volt 3 Ph Bowl Liner In Excellent Condition Overall Dims: 8'x 6'-104" We did a new bearing and seal job on this and that is complete. It’s a big job. Took the bottom spinning disc off and removed the bearing housing and motor. Flushed the housing and replaced the bearing and seal. This is a key piece as the disc has water and debris constantly passing through it and if the seal goes, the crap goes in to the bearing and bearing housing. We called in the Sinto rep who happens to be in PA and Plainville CT and he came in and showed us what was to be done and how it should be done. We bought $5k in parts from Sinto and replaced the bad seal and bearing. We also put all new stainless steel water pipes on this machine – repiped the entire system. The factory black iron pipes were plugged or corroded. Put 4 new Asco solenoid valves on the water system. Adjusted the chains for the tub dumping system New PLC for machine control
